Albert Cheng is a doctoral candidate in education policy at the Department of Education Reform at the University of Arkansas, where he is a research fellow for Charassein: The Character Assessment Initiative as well as the School Choice Demonstration Project. His research focuses on investigating how organizational features and values of school communities and institutions influence character formation and other student outcomes. He has also published prior work regarding homeschooling and civic values.
